2. Scope of the contract


By completing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms, which remain available on the website for consultation and storage.



3. Products


The products available on the website consist of books and printed materials. Descriptions are provided for information purposes only; minor differences shall not be considered non-conformities.



4. Prices and payments


  • All prices shown on the website are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment can only be made via PayPal, which ensures transaction security.
  • 99objects shall not be held liable for any malfunctions or issues related to third-party payment services.


5. Shipping


Shipping methods, times, and costs are specified in the Shipping Policy and form an integral part of these Terms.



6. Right of withdrawal and returns


The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without penalties and without the need to provide any reason, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). 7. Limitation of liability


99objects shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events or malfunctions of the Internet network. Liability is also excluded for any improper use of purchased products.
