Shipping Policy

1. Processing times


Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer, but customers will be informed via email.

2. Delivery times


Shipments within Italy are usually delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Delays caused by the courier are beyond the control of 99objects, but we will do our best to assist customers.

3. Shipping costs


Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
In case of promotions or special offers (e.g. free shipping above a certain amount), this will be clearly indicated on the website.

4. Couriers


Shipments are made through reliable national and international couriers (e.g. Poste Italiane, SDA, GLS, DHL or equivalents), chosen according to the destination and type of shipment.

5. Tracking


When available, a tracking code will be sent to the customer via email after the order has been shipped, allowing them to monitor delivery status.

6. Shipping areas


We currently ship throughout Europa. For international shipments, please contact our customer service at info@99objects.it before placing an order.

7. Delivery issues


If an order is not delivered within the estimated time or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@99objects.it.
We will do our best to resolve the issue with the courier or arrange a replacement/refund in cases provided by law.
