1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), customers who purchase on 99objects.it have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason and without incurring penalties, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication via email to:
The email must include the order number and the products to be returned.
3. Returning products
- Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, undamaged and complete with any accessories.
- Returns are accepted only for books and printed materials.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The customer must ship the products to the address communicated by 99objects via email.
4. Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and verified, 99objects will process the refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including, but not limited to:
- customized or personalized goods,
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons and have been opened after delivery.
